360 King Cancellation Policy For standard reservations, cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. After that window, reservations are non-refundable.
Hurricane-Specific Cancellations Hurricanes and tropical storms are part of life in Charleston, but there is no need to be overly concerned. We always follow official guidance, and a state of emergency declaration does not mean the city is shutting down - it simply allows officials to prepare resources if needed. Guests are kept fully informed, and if a storm advisory is in effect, we reach out 48–72 hours before arrival with the latest updates. In the unlikely case of a mandatory evacuation order, we provide a full refund. If your flight is cancelled and you are unable to arrive, we issue a credit for the full value of your stay, valid for 180 days.
Our Advice for Guests If you are planning a visit during hurricane season, we recommend purchasing travel insurance or checking your existing coverage so you know exactly what is included. Having the right policy gives you added peace of mind. Beyond that, it helps to remember that many hurricane warnings in Charleston never develop into actual storms. In those cases, you’ll often find a quieter city, open restaurants, and clear streets to explore. It may sound unexpected, but guests who have stayed with us during a “hurricane warning” that never arrived often describe it as one of their most enjoyable Charleston getaways!
